Can I pre-order a gift to be delivered on the day the baby is born?

If you wish to receive the gift as soon as possible after the birth, you can purchase the chosen product in advance and book its creation.

When placing the order, you can indicate that the birth details will be communicated as soon as the baby is born. At that point, you just need to send us all the information via WhatsApp.

Booked orders will have priority: once complete data is received and the design approved, we will do our best to create the product on the same day and quickly hand it over to the courier.

Courier shipping times are always 24/48 hours.

How long does it take to make the product?

Each product is custom-made to order, so production times can vary from 1 to 5 days, except during periods of high demand which will be communicated on the website and on our social media channels. You can contact us on WhatsApp to find out the exact timings before placing your order. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you on WhatsApp to inform you of the exact timings.

How long does shipping take?

Once production is complete, shipping normally takes 24/48 business hours, depending on the destination.

Will I receive a draft before production?

Yes, you will receive a graphic draft before production via WhatsApp, so you can check that everything is as you wish. At that time, we can modify any details you are not satisfied with.

Can I return a personalized product?

Since these products are custom made to order and the prints are not editable/removable, returns are not possible. You will receive all designs for final approval before printing to avoid errors.
