Can I pre-order a gift to be delivered on the day the baby is born?

If you would like to receive the gift as soon as possible after the birth, you can purchase the chosen product in advance and book its creation.

When placing your order, you can indicate that the birth details will be provided as soon as the baby is born. At that point, you just need to send us all the information via WhatsApp.

Booked orders will have priority: once we receive the complete details and the design is approved, we will do our best to create the product the same day and hand it over to the courier quickly.

Courier shipping times are, in any case, always 3 working days.

How long does it take to make the product?

Every product is customized to order, so production times can vary from 1 to 10 days, except during high-demand periods which will be communicated at the top of the site. You can contact us on WhatsApp to find out precise timeframes before placing your order. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you on WhatsApp to inform you of the exact timing.

How long does shipping take?

Once production is complete, shipping normally takes 3 business days, depending on the destination.

Will I receive a draft before production?

Yes, you will receive a graphic draft before production via WhatsApp, so you can check that everything is as you wish. At that time, we can modify any details you are not satisfied with.

Can I return a personalized product?

As these are custom-made products and the prints cannot be altered or removed, returns are not accepted. You will receive all designs before printing for final approval precisely to avoid errors.
